Scott Sivan

Scott Sivan, Architect is a graduate of the Southern California Institute of Architecture (B. Arch 1985).  He is a licensed architect in both New York state and Israel.  For the past 34 years he has worked internationally, designing and managing large scale developments using his expertise in architecture, construction, project management, and real estate. He has worked in the United States, Italy, Israel, Czech Republic, and Slovak Republics, Ukraine, Bulgaria, and Bosnia-Hercegovina, among other countries.
 

He brings to INSITE his comprehensive knowledge gained through working in very diverse cultures on a wide range of project types while performing all aspects of the design and development processes.  Scott’s unique background and experience gives INSITE a significant advantage when developing and executing the proposed projects and bringing them from the conceptual stage (including planning a project’s financial requirements) to completion and sale.

Howad Golden

Howard I Golden has a BA in Economics, an MBA and JD all from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and both practiced law and was the President of Terra Partners, Ltd. an investment management company he founded in 1989.  Mr. Golden has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of 5 different investment funds listed on the AIM division of the London Stock Exchange and currently serves on the boards of 2 Vietnam investment funds, one concentrating on property investments in that country. He has also served as Chairman of a Bangladesh internet company listed on the Dhaka Stock Exchange and as the Chairman of the Supervisory for the largest Slovak closed end fund.  His tenure on these boards was due to his fund’s activist policy, which involves close and direct supervision of large investments and required his involvement in numerous real estate investments around the world.

 

As the Chairman of the Board of the Macau Property Fund, listed on the AIM division of the London Stock Exchange, he oversaw the completion and refurbishment of a number of properties in Macau and successfully supervised the sale of the largest office building in Macau, the AIA Tower enabling that fund to grow from $0.25 per share to $1.20 per share in less than 3 years.

Avi Cohen, Architect has a BA in Architecture and Town Planning from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.  

 

Avi has been a part of InS!TE from the start and over the last ten years has contributed to all company projects from conceptual design to final sales materials. working as part of the design team Avi brings his unique skills and perspective to each of our projects.

Laura Salyer, Regional Property Director has a BA in Business Administration from Indiana University and a MSM from Indiana Wesleyan University. After spending four years in the banking industry Laura began her career in property management. She has experience in subsidized housing, renovation, and historic renovation. Laura has managed as many as 740 units in mixed, subsidized, and market rate rentals.

 

Laura brings a wide variety of leasing and rental experience as well as market knowledge to INSITE.   

 

As Regional Director Laura has increased occupancy at River Rock beyond the industry standard, and has been part of the lease up at River Gate South. Laura also reviews projects that are currently in the design and development stages, including condos, apartments,townhouses, and expansions.

Andrew Kolomiets, Chief Financial Officer has a BA in Economics from the University of Kyiv Mohyla and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame. Andrew has also passed the certified public accountant exam. 

 

Andrew brings more than twenty years of experience in finance and accounting, and procurement and strategy fields. He has worked as a CFO of business units for some of the world's leading multinational corporations such as Saint-Gobain Group of France and ArcelorMittal of Luxembourg, primarily in the glass, steel, and mining industries.
